Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires Ivan Raiklin for US Senate to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. Contributions of personal funds up to $2700 for the Primary Election and $2700 for the General Election are allowed by individual US Citizens and Permanent Green Card Holders. Corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), government contractors, minors under the age of 18, national banks, and corporations organized by authority of any law of Congress are prohibited from contributing to Ivan Raiklin for US Senate Campaign Committee.
