This form should only be used by companies and industry groups interested in supporting the IT Caucus as Partners.


Partnerships run through the biennium. Any new contribution will be applied to the 89th Legislative Biennium (until July 2025).


Your contribution will only be used to help defray administrative, maintenance, or operational costs of the IT Caucus. Per our governing bylaws and state and federal law, the IT Caucus does not participate in any political campaign activity.

The IT Caucus operates as a non-political, bipartisan legislative caucus as defined by Section 253.0341(e) of the  Texas Election Code and a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue  Code. Per our governing bylaws and state and federal law, the IT Caucus does not participate in any political  campaign activity. Unlimited personal and corporate contributions may be accepted. Donations are not tax deductible.
