Release the Vaccine Safety Data to the American People NOW!

STOP THE COVER-UP!

WHEREAS: The Government Collects Vaccine Safety Data. The Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), maintained by Centers for Disease Control, was created to monitor and evaluate vaccine safety using real-time data from millions of individuals across the United States. VAERS, V-safe, and other programs also collect vaccine safety data for the government.

WHEREAS: The Government is Hiding the Truth. Recent revelations by Peter Marks, a former Food & Drug Administration official, leaves no doubt that federal agencies are not telling Americans the truth about vaccine safety. 

WHEREAS: The VSD Data Needs to Be Released Now. The American taxpayers pay to maintain the VSD system and there is no reason to hide this data from the American public. It needs to be released now! 

THEREFORE: We, the undersigned, exercising our First Amendment right to Petition the Government, demand the Department of Health and Human Services take immediate action to make the VSD and all other vaccine safety databases, including VAERS, fully accessible to We the People and independent researchers.
