Our Stand with Women legislation to define sex and protect women's sports and spaces has swept the nation over the past three years.

In 2023 we helped facilitate the passage of the first sex-definition bills in four states. In 2024 it became law in 8 states. This year we've doubled our impact once again to 18 states—one third of the nation—and 28 states now protect women's sports.
