Programming: Wed, May 7th - Sat, May 10th
Did you miss your class's trip to Washington, D.C.? Are you eager to hear from Washington's Democratic delegation, meet with advocates, unions, and lobbyists and more?
Past trips have included meetings with agencies, a tour of the White House, a visit to an Embassy, meetings with various national advocacy and labor organizations, and more.
Costs and Due Dates
Attendees are expected to book and pay for their own airfare. Tours, meetings, and events are all organized by WAIDF. Hotel accommodations are arranged through WAIDF if you choose Option 1 or 2. Options 3 or 4 are for those who will arrange for their own accommodations.
Application Fee: This is a nonrefundable $25 fee (paid below). Applications must be paid by February 15th.
Nonrefundable Deposit: The nonrefundable deposit is due by March 7th. Each occupant pays the fee. This fee is applied to the final amount due.

*if you wish to room with someone else, you are expected to arrange and communicate any roommates yourself.
