Contribution Terms and Acknowledgment


Thank you for supporting Hugs for Harrison, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. Tax-Deductible Gift

Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Hugs for Harrison is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 92-0890253.) Please consult your tax advisor for guidance on deductibility.

2. No Goods or Services Provided

Unless otherwise noted, no goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution.

3. Use of Funds

Your gift will be used to support grieving families after the loss of a baby and to further the mission of Hugs for Harrison. In the event a specific program or fund becomes fully supported, we reserve the right to apply donations where they are needed most.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at sam@hugs4harrison.com within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Authorized Gift

You confirm that you are using your own funds or are authorized to make this donation on behalf of an organization or group.

6. Monthly Gifts

If you choose to make a recurring donation, you may update or cancel your gift at any time by contacting us at sam@hugs4harrison.com or by following the link in your receipt.

7. Tribute and Memorial Gifts

If your gift is made in honor or memory of a loved one, we are honored to receive it and will handle it with care and compassion. Please include any dedication information at the time of your donation.
