Contributions to House Victory Fund are not tax deductible as charitable contributions and are allocated entirely for activities that are not deductible as business expenses. House Victory Fund does not solicit or accept donations earmarked for political activity or for the benefit of any candidate. Donations received by House Victory Fund will be used at the discretion of the organization’s officers and directors to fund its programs, including independent expenditures. Donors should consult their tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of their contributions. By providing the donation, the donor explicitly confirms that the donor has not received funds from any other person or entity for the purposes of making this contribution, and that the donor is a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident (“green card” holder) whose contribution will not be reimbursed by another person or entity. The donor also acknowledges that any independent expenditure by this political committee for campaign literature or advertisements must include the names of the three political committees making the largest contributions to House Victory Fund, and that the donor’s name, address, occupation and employer may be disclosed in publicly available campaign finance reports, as required by law.
