Our group of current and former Nike employees are taking legal action and pursuing damages to hold Nike Inc. accountable for its unlawful and discriminatory vaccine policy that resulted in adverse events such as job loss, investment loss, vaccine injury, hardship, and discrimination.

NAMF has partnered with Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF). HFDF educates and advocates for health freedom and litigates infringements of our health freedoms when necessary. HFDF is currently engaged in lawsuits challenging vaccine and mask mandates issued by the federal government, the Los Angeles Unified School District, other government entities, and corporations. HFDF’s lawsuit against the federal government brought an end to the travel mask mandate nationwide. Any remaining donated funds, upon completion of the litigation, shall be reallocated to HFDF’s general account to continue the fight for medical freedom.
