Give.GOP gives U.S. citizens the ability to contribute directly to the GOP candidates and political committees of their choosing. All contributions received by federal candidates and political committees (collectively, “Recipients”) are subject to the source and amount limits of federal law.
Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without a “green card” are prohibited. Federal law requires each Recipient to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election.
By making a contribution from the Give.GOP platform, the contributor is certifying that the following statements are true and accurate:
(1) The contribution is being made by a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (a “green card” holder);
(2) The contribution is being made from the contributor’s personal funds (not from an account maintained by a corporation, labor union, or national bank) and is not being reimbursed by another person or entity;
(3) The contributor is not a federal government contractor; and
(4) The contributor is consenting to receiving emails, calls, and/or texts from conservative campaigns and causes, including automated calls and texts (message & data rates may apply).
Give.GOP is a proprietary web-based commercial platform providing contribution-processing services to contributors. Give.GOP is not a political committee, and our content is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
