Contributions to this political action committee are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

This PAC is independent from and not affiliated with the university. Donations to the PAC are not contributions to the university, and the university does not endorse or participate in the PAC’s activities.

State law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions total more than $90 in a reporting period. All required fields must be completed so that this PAC can comply with reporting obligations to the Texas Ethics Commission in accordance with Texas Election Code requirements.

Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Corporate contributions are prohibited unless permitted by applicable law.
