Thank you for your interest in donating to Friends of Holly Rehder. The law requires us to obtain the name, mailing address, employer and occupation for each individual who contributes. Please note that the maximum aggregate contribution is $2,825 per individual, per election, and contributions from corporations (including other entities that elect to be taxed like corporations), labor unions, or non-citizens are prohibited. Contributions are not tax-deductible. By donating, you certify that you are aware of and in compliance with the rules above, and you further certify:

• That you are at least eighteen years old

• That you are a U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident; and

• That your contribution is made from your personal funds and you will not be reimbursed for the contribution from another person or entity
