Because of our amazing and generous supporters, we recently filed an important brief at the United States Supreme Court supporting a pro-gun lawsuit out of California that could help protect gun owners across the country.

And our attorneys are also hard at work on more California lawsuits and legal efforts to combat the "Gunpocalypse" and Proposition 63 gun control laws passed last year and the JUST RELEASED "assault weapons" regulations from CA DOJ.

More, in a little over a week from now, we will be filing yet another legal brief at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to protect law-abiding gun owners who carry guns -- and the presumption of innocence. (State supreme court decisions are very important and can be highly persuasive in other courts.)
