We count it a privilege to give to the work of the Lord! We are told in II Corinthians 9:6, “God loveth a cheerful giver.” One of the greatest examples in the Bible of a ‘cheerful giver’ is David. 

You can read about his part in preparing for the Temple in I Chronicles 29. You will note his willingness to give and the rejoicing that followed.
