Utilize this form to successfully register your automobile for Saturday, October 3rd's Apple Festival Car Show taking place at Fahrney Keedy's main campus located at 8507 Mapleville Rd., Boonsboro, MD.

Entry is $20 per automobile in advance, and $25 to register the day of.

Should you need to register multiple vehicles, you will need to register each vehicle individually.

Timeline of Events:

8am - 10am Vehicle Registration

11am - 12pm Judging

1pm - Trophy Presentation

1:45pm - Car Parade *We hope you will participate in the short but meaningful parade. We will drive through our community, and up near our main building so that seniors who can't make it down to the show may admire and enjoy your vehicles! We appreciate your kind souls for helping us bring joy to our seniors!

Proceeds benefit Fahrney Keedy's benevolence fund which ensures that no senior within our care is denied the healthcare that they need AND The Fahrney Keedy Auxiliary! Together, we are making a difference!

Requirement

Liability Waiver: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the car show involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event.

Vehicle Responsibility: I certify that the vehicle I am exhibiting in the car show is owned by me or that I have legal permission from the owner to display the vehicle. I accept full responsibility for the condition and safety of my vehicle.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties of the car show and Fahrney Keedy for any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage on account of injury to person or property.

Photography and Media Consent: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event, which may feature me or my vehicle, for promotional purposes related to the car show without compensation.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the organizers of the car show, including but not limited to safety guidelines, display protocols, and event schedules.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties of the car show from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from my participation in the event.
