VENDOR SIGN UP - 2026 Fahrney Keedy Apple Festival & Car Show
Cost per booth- $15
*In 2026, we ask that vendors donate an item of their choice to our Fahrney Keedy auxiliary. The item will be raffled off, raising funds to benefit our senior living community. Thank you!
UPON REVIEW, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN APPROVAL/DENIAL EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM RKIRBY@FKHV.ORG. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. UPON APPROVAL, YOU WILL BE SENT A PAYMENT LINK. Approved vendors are not locked until payment is received. Cash or check payment is available upon request.
- Vendors must provide their own equipment. ie: Canopies, Tables, Chairs, etc...
- No electricity or running water is available at booth sites.
- This event is OUTDOORS. You will be exposed to the elements. Please prepare accordingly.
- Booths are 10'x10' and located right along Mapleville Road under our solar pavilion.
- Our event is 9am - 2pm.
- Vendors representing a Direct Sales company - We will only accept ONE vendor per company.
- SET UP TIME: Vendors may arrive as early as 6am to set up. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell no later than 8:30am
- Vendors must be physically capable of setting up and tearing down on your own. Please know your physical limitation.
- BREAK DOWN TIME: No earlier than 2pm.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it. Please throw away all trash. Do not leave anything behind.
- We reserve the right to censor any booth.
Fahrney Keedy or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred on Fahrney Keedy property.
