The End Pay-To-Play PAC uses best efforts to collect and report the required itemization information for all contributions.
To comply with the legal (public and non-public) disclosure requirements imposed by various federal, state, and local laws, End Pay-To-Play PAC collects and reports the name, address, industry, and, as applicable, occupation and employer, for each person or entity who contributes to End Pay-To-Play PAC regardless of the contribution amount.
The law prohibits End Pay-To-Play PAC from accepting contributions from foreign nationals, foreign corporations, or, from any person who intends to seek reimbursement for contributions from any other person or entity.
Contributions to End Pay-To-Play PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
