All contributions to the Eagle County Democrats are aggregated with contributions made to the Colorado Democratic Party, Democratic Senate Campaign Fund, the House Majority Project, and all Initiatives of the State Party. County Party Contributions are limited to $4,675 per calendar year for individuals, sole proprietorships, candidate committees, LLPs, LLCs and state PACs (no more than $3,875 at the State Level) and $23,600 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees (no more than $19,650 at the State Level). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments, and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited.
