The Right.us site gives U.S. citizens the ability to contribute directly to the conservative candidates and political committees of their choosing. All contributions received by federal candidates and political committees (collectively, "Recipients") are subject to the source restrictions and amount limits of federal law.
Federal and state laws require us to report the following information of contributing individuals. The RSLC is subject to federal taxes and penalties if it fails to disclose this information. By choosing to contribute via check or money order, you agree to provide your occupation and employer (or to indicate if you are self-employed) and send this information along with your check.
Contributions or gifts to the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) and its affiliated state PACs are not tax deductible. Contributions may be used for activities of the RSLC and its affiliated state PACs at the RSLC’s sole discretion. The RSLC does not accept earmarked contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals are not solicited or permitted.
The Right.us site, which is built on Anedot’s Donation Platform, is a proprietary web-based commercial product providing contribution-processing services directly to contributors. Neither Right.us nor Anedot is a political committee, and our content is not authorized by any candidate or committee.
Contributions are non-refundable unless it is found that a transaction was duplicated. By making a contribution using a credit card, you agree that you will first contact Right.us or Anedot before reaching out to your credit card company for any questions.
