Requirement

Georgia law requires Dolezal for Georgia to make its best effort to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of every individual whose contributions total more than $100 in a calendar year.

Contributions to Dolezal for Georgia, Inc. are not tax-deductible. State law limits contributions to $8,400 for the general election, $8,400 for a primary election debt and $4,800 for primary election runoff debt. The maximum an individual, corporation, or PAC may contribute across these elections is $21,600.
