POLICE HIRING INTEGRITY PETITION

I, [name], demand you take action to restore integrity to the police hiring process in my state, and ensure any practices that give unfair and unearned advantages to candidates based on race, gender, sexuality, or other immutable characteristics are removed. Furthermore, I demand action taken to prohibit the introduction of any such practices being implemented in the future. Our safety is more important than diversity.
