END THE JUDICIAL COUP: Hold Activist Judges Accountable

A Petition of the Judicial Accountability Project to Congress

Members of Congress,

A handful of unelected federal judges have seized powers they were never granted by the Constitution. Today, any one of 677 federal district court judges can block the agenda Americans voted for and override the authority of the elected branches of government. The David Horowitz Freedom Center's Judicial Accountability Project has documented these abuses and provided Congress with a roadmap for action. Now it is time for Congress to act.

I call on Congress to:

  1. Hold hearings on judicial misconduct and abuses of power.
  2. Investigate judges who engage in partisan conduct, conflicts of interest, and violations of judicial ethics.
  3. Enforce the Constitution's "good behavior" standard for federal judges.
  4. Restore the balance of power between the Judiciary, Congress, and the Presidency.

Congress has the authority. Congress has the responsibility. Congress must act now to end the judicial coup and restore constitutional government.

Sincerely,

Your Name
