Contributions to The Scott Dacey Committee are not deductible as charitable donations for federal
income tax purposes. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and
report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions
aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, federal contractors,
and foreign nationals are prohibited. All contributions are required to be made with personal funds
and not those of another. Personal/Individual Credit Cards only. An individual or non-multicandidate
PAC may contribute up to $5,400 ($2,800 to the primary; $2,800 to the general election). Couples
may contribute $10,800 ($5,400 to the primary; $5,400 to the general election) from a joint account,
but such a contribution requires both signatures. Multicandidate PAC’s can contribute $10,000
($5,000 to the primary election; $5,000 to the general election).
