Donna Brasch-Summerour Memorial Fundraiser - XIT Museum

At her direction, the family of Donna Brasch-Summerour has established a fundraiser in her honor to support the XIT Museum in Dalhart, Texas. Our museum is committed to preserving and teaching the history of the Dallam and Hartley counties and the XIT Ranch.
Who was Donna Brasch-Summerour?
Donna Brasch-Summerour was a valued board member of the XIT Museum from 2017 onward and served as president for several years. She spearheaded numerous important projects for the museum, such as our participation in Panhandle Gives and our annual membership drive. She not only promoted the museum to the community but to the panhandle as a whole. Her commitment to sharing our community's story lives on in the museum and those who support it.
Why donate?
The XIT Museum houses numerous permanent and temporary exhibits that tell the story of both Dallam and Hartley Counties.
In keeping with the enthusiasm and dedication that Donna showed for the museum and its financial longevity, her family has launched this fundraiser to honor her legacy.
We appreciate you donating generously to the museum. Your donation will support a staple of the Dalhart community, provide a space for local artists and community events, and ensure that the history of the Panhandle region is preserved for generations to come.
What does it mean to become a member?
Optional membership in the museum is included in your donation today. By becoming a member, you will receive periodic updates (we promise we will not bombard your inbox!) as well as opportunities to enjoy the museum. To become a member, simply check the box when prompted.
