Contributions to the Combat Veterans For Congress PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. Contributions from individuals and unincorporated business entities are permitted up to a maximum of $5000 per year. Contributions from corporations, federal government contractors, national banks or foreign nationals or entities are prohibited.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
By submitting the form above, you verify the following statements are true and accurate:
1. I understand the first $2,800 of my contribution will be forwarded, in full, as a contribution to Church for Wisconsin. Any additional amount will be a contribution to Combat Veterans For Congress
2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent U.S. Resident (Green Card holder), not a foreign national or federal government contractor
3. This contribution is made from my own funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity
4. This contribution is not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, union, or national bank
