Oppose the Planned Parenthood Bailout

We, the undersigned citizens of Colorado, urge our elected officials to reject SB25b-002, the Planned Parenthood Bailout.

Colorado is facing a $1.2 billion budget deficit, yet lawmakers are pushing to funnel your tax dollars into the pockets of Planned Parenthood and abortion-linked providers. These organizations already disqualified from federal Medicaid funds. This is not “continuity of care.” It is a political bailout designed to shield Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry from accountability.

SB25b-002 would:

• Undo the impact of the Big Beautiful Bill, which cut off hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars from Planned Parenthood.
• Reward providers who defy federal life-affirming standards with new streams of Colorado taxpayer money.
• Prop up the abortion industry under the false guise of primary care, when Planned Parenthood does not even provide real primary care services.

We reject this reckless use of taxpayer funds. Colorado must not subsidize or protect abortion providers—it must end all public support for them.

We demand a NO vote on SB25b-002. Stand for life, not for Planned Parenthood.
