Contributions are not tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. North Carolina law allows individuals and political action committees to contribute up to $5,100 per election. Under North Carolina law lobbyists may not contribute to a state campaign. If you are a lobbyist registered with North Carolina's Secretary of State and have received this solicitation in error please disregard. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited.
