CDF has filed two complaints against Fani Willis. The complaints provide a detailed analysis of alleged willful misconduct in office, among other things, and were submitted to both the newly formed Prosecuting Attorneys’ Qualifications Commission and the Fulton County Board of Ethics, respectively. These complaints are separate and distinct from the criminal trial but could have far-reaching consequences beyond what awaits Willis in Judge McAfee’s courtroom.
