THEY WANT ME PROSECUTED.
I walked into an Alaska polling place, gave election workers the name of Senator Lisa Murkowski's brother, and told them I had no ID.
Their response?
It was "absolutely possible" to vote without it.
I did NOT cast a ballot, sign his name, or check in as him.
I documented what happened.
Now, instead of answering the questions our investigation raised, I'm facing legal threats and calls for prosecution.
They want to intimidate me into silence.
I won't let them.
But investigations like this are costly. We have to put journalists on planes, boots on the ground, and cameras in the field. And when our work brings legal threats, the costs can climb even higher.
But silence would cost us far more.
That's why I need you with me.
Legal threats won't make me stop.
With you behind us, we will keep digging, keep asking questions, and refuse to be intimidated into silence.
America's future is on the line.
