Abolish Open Fields Doctrine in West Virginia.

Require a Warrant for 3rd parties who hold your information before Government can access information.

Require a Criminal Conviction before the state can take your property currently the state can take property under Civil Asset Seizure that simply requires the low bar of More Likely Than Not!

West Virginia is Strong on the 2nd amendment however some work remains and as a staunch supporter I will work to advance 2A issues!
