Under Texas law, individuals, PACs, and certain partnerships and limited liability companies may contribute to political campaigns. Texas law does not limit the amount donors may contribute to a PAC. The Citizens for Excellent Education in Dripping Springs PAC may not accept contributions from corporations, labor organizations, or foreign nationals who have not been granted permanent residence in the United States. The prohibition on corporate contributions also applies to other organizations, such as partnerships and LLCs, if they are owned by a corporation or include an incorporated member or partner.
