Contribution Rules:

  1. I am at least 18 years old and am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
  3. I am making this contribution with a personal card and not a corporate or business card.
  4. Limits: The maximum an individual may contribute to a State Senate candidate is $1,000 for the 2025–2026 election cycle.
  5. Refunds: Contributions (up to $75/individual or $150/married couple) may be eligible for the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program.
  6. Disclosures: Minnesota law requires the committee to report the name and address of any individual giving more than $20, and the employer/occupation of any individual giving more than $200 in a calendar year.
