Per NRS 294A.120 : The name and address of the contributor for each contribution in excess of $100 and contributions which a contributor has made cumulatively in excess of that amount since the beginning of the current reporting period.
As Per NRS 294A.112: A person or persons may also not make or assist in making a contribution in the name of another person.
In other words: We must record your name and address for us to accept your contribution, especially if it is over $100. You also cannot pretend to be someone else and donate on their behalf.
There is also a maximum of no more than $5,000 per primary and general election. Additionally, if there are any left over funds per NRS 294A.160, they will be donated to the most requested tax-exempt non profit entities..
