Donations totaling $100 or less per calendar year are not itemized and are reported only as a lump sum. Donor names, addresses, and individual amounts are not disclosed on the required financial report.

Donations exceeding $100 per calendar year are itemized and included in a report filed with the finance office.

Processing fees are included when calculating the $100 threshold. For example, a one-time $95 donation (including fees), if it is the only contribution in a calendar year, will not be itemized.
