Bill is a lifelong commercial fisherman, longtime educator, former construction worker, and a small business owner. He grew up in a small village in rural Alaska, where he spent his childhood hunting, fishing, and helping his family raise sled dog teams. Bill's life has been all about hard work.
Now he's running for Congress to unrig the system for working Alaskans.
