Contributions to Beth Tanner for Judge are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, business entities, labor unions, professional associations, insurance companies, or anonymous contributions are prohibited. An individual may contribute $5,600 per election. Couples may contribute $11,200 per election from a joint account, but such a contribution requires a written consent form signed by both donors stating the amount that should be attributed to each donor. All contributions are required to be made with personal funds and not those of another. All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the full name of the contributor, the address, employer and occupational information. If you are self-employed, please list the name of the entity that is on your paycheck. Please list your line of work. “Business Person” is not acceptable, please enter the type of business instead. If Retired or otherwise Not Employed, please include that in both fields along with the last job held, if any. Example: “retired elementary school teacher.”
