The South Beach Association’s (SBA) mission statement is “To identify and address the concerns of property owners, residents and businesses while ensuring the ecological health, appropriate development, economic growth and overall quality of life on South Beach”.

All individuals who own or rent property or conduct business on South Beach are eligible to become members of the SBA. Other interested individuals/businesses can become associate members for the same fee as regular members and receive the same benefits
