Pricing: $3,000 per person or $6,000 per couple. Please note that this one time price is inclusive of all breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal functions, charter bus transportation to all venues on the itinerary, and any other costs associated with group activities. For your reference, our 2023 itinerary can be found attached to the original email. Staff will be working diligently over the upcoming months to plan out this year's trip. We appreciate your patience with any itinerary related questions.

Please note that this price does NOT include hotel or airfare. All attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare and lodging. Upon trip payment, you will receive an email with a link to purchase a room on our room block at The Willard for a discounted group rate of $449 per night. It is NOT mandatory to stay here, however it is important to remember we will be hosting multiple group meals here and it will serve as the only charter bus pick up and drop off spot.

Please note that this trip has a strict and firm capacity on number of attendees and is confirmed on a first come, first served basis upon payment through this link. ALL costs associated are non-refundable.
