🎃 Autism Collier Trunk or Treat – Vendor Instructions

Event Date: Saturday, October 25 2025

Event Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Setup Time: Please arrive between 2:00–2:30 PM to get parked, decorated, and ready to party by 3:00 PM!

🚗 Arrival & Setup

    •    Check in with our volunteer team when you arrive. They’ll direct you to your assigned space.

    •    Once parked, please do not move your vehicle until after 5:00 PM for safety reasons.

    •    Electricity will not be available — plan for battery-powered lights, sound, or decorations.

    •    Bring your own tables, chairs, decorations, and any materials or handouts you’d like to share with families.

    •    Make sure your setup is ready by 2:45 PM — families begin arriving promptly at 3:00 PM.

🎨 Decorations, Crafts & Games

    •    Have fun and get creative! Decorate your trunk or table with family-friendly, colorful, and sensory-considerate themes.

    •    Avoid jump scares, loud noises, or flashing lights.

    •    You’re welcome to include a simple craft, game, or activity at your table if you’d like — it’s a great way to engage kids and families.

🍬 Candy & Allergy-Friendly Treats

    •    Please bring individually wrapped treats only.

    •    Many of our families have dietary restrictions and food allergies, so non-food alternatives are strongly encouraged.

    •    Great options include: stickers, bubbles, glow sticks, fidget toys, pencils, temporary tattoos, or small prizes.

    •    We recommend planning for at least 200–300 trick-or-treaters.

🧩 Sharing Resources

    •    If your organization offers programs, services, or supports, bring informational materials to hand out to families!

    •    This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with families in our community and share helpful resources.
