Alexandria Republican City Committee

Join the Alexandria GOP as a member of the Alexandria Republican City Committee.

We can have up to 115 members of the Alexandria Republican City Committee to serve for a two-year term (current term is 2018-2020). The Committee is made up of local Republicans who have volunteered to be leaders and is responsible for all Party affairs within the City, including decisions about the method of nominating candidates for office.

You don't have to be a member of the City Committee to volunteer, be active or to get involved. Come out to any event, meeting or activity. Every Republican is welcome at all our events.

To be elected to the City Committee, you must file the registration form (found at www.alexgop.org/memberform), and pay the registration fee (here) no later than the 10 days before the next regular meeting of the City Committee. Then you must be elected to the Committee by the current members at the next regular ARCC meeting. The next regular meeting is on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm at the MINNIE HOWARD SCHOOL Auditorium (3801 W Braddock Rd, Alexandria).
