Ann Arbor Community Land Trust

The A2CLT Founder's Campaign is conducting a campaign to support land acquisition and pre-development expenses, and sustain a pipeline of affordable home ownership for years to come.

We are seeking contributions from businesses and individuals, alongside our partners in government and the community, to make accessible homeownership a reality.

The Ann Arbor Community Land Trust (A2CLT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit developer and community steward of housing that is building new, affordable homes for the critical employees that sustain our community--now and for generations to come. Using a shared-equity model, A2CLT invests community resources to make homes affordable to the teachers, principals, cooks, cleaners, fire fighters, assistant professors, librarians, nurses, and many others who want and need to live here.
