Too often, talented Black high school girls are shut out of competitive volleyball. High costs, lack of training facilities, and bias mean they’re given fewer opportunities to lead, especially in key positions like setter—the “quarterback” of the team.

At Ambrose Athletics Black College Volleyball, we’re here to change that. Our mission is to level the playing field by giving Black athletes access to elite coaching, training, and resources so they can not only compete, but dominate at every position.

This is bigger than volleyball. It’s about giving our girls the same chance to rise, earn scholarships, and represent proudly at HBCUs and beyond.
