Contributions made to Alex Glew for Senate 2020 are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the California Political Reform Act. Contributions may be made to a maximum of $4,700 per election and per entity with an entity defined as an individual, business, corporation, LLC/LLP, State/Local candidate committee or State PAC. Husbands and wives are considered separate entities. “Small Contributor PACs” may contribute up to $9,300 per election as well.

Effective August 21, 2020 Political Reform Act Section 18402.2, an LLC is required to provide complete information on the "Responsible Officer" who made the decision to contribute.

State law also requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, physical address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $100 a year.
