An individual may contribute up to $2,900 per election (the primary and general are separate elections) and a multi-candidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. By adding a spouse, you are making a joint contribution to be attributed evenly between you and your spouse.
