MAGASeven JFC Notice
MAGASeven JFC is a joint fundraising committee authorized by and formed to benefit the following participants: Sarah for Alaska, Hageman for Wyoming, Joe Kent for Congress, John Gibbs for Congress, Greitens for US Senate, Andy Ogles for Congress, Kathleen Winn for Congress, Sarah PAC, 1890 PAC, Keep Electing New Talent PAC, The Great Lakes Leadership PAC, Missouri First, It Matters Who Leads PAC, and Save America Winn Again PAC (collectively the “Participants”).
Contributions to the MAGASeven JFC will be allocated as follows:
a) Any contribution from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC received by MAGASeven JFC shall be allocated to each of the Participants as follows: The first $20,300 split evenly amongst Sarah for Alaska (2022 special general), Hageman for Wyoming (2022 primary), Joe Kent for Congress (2022 primary), John Gibbs for Congress (2022 primary), Greitens for US Senate (2022 primary), Andy Ogles for Congress (2022 primary), and Kathleen Winn for Congress. (2022 primary). The next $20,300 split evenly amongst Sarah for Alaska (2022 primary), Hageman for Wyoming (2022 general), Joe Kent for Congress (2022 general), John Gibbs for Congress (2022 general), Greitens for US Senate (2022 general), Andy Ogles for Congress (2022 general), and Kathleen Winn for Congress (2022 general). The next $35,000 split evenly amongst Sarah PAC, 1890 PAC, Keep Electing New Talent PAC, The Great Lakes Leadership PAC, Missouri First, It Matters Who Leads PAC, and Save America Winn Again PAC.
b) Any contribution from a federal multicandidate PAC received by MAGASeven JFC shall be allocated to each of the Participants as follows: the first $35,000 split evening amongst Sarah for Alaska (2022 special general), Hageman for Wyoming (2022 primary), Joe Kent for Congress (2022 primary), John Gibbs for Congress (2022 primary), Greitens for US Senate (2022 primary), Andy Ogles for Congress (2022 primary), and Kathleen Winn for Congress. (2022 primary). The next $35,000 split evenly amongst Sarah for Alaska (2022 primary), Hageman for Wyoming (2022 general), Joe Kent for Congress (2022 general), John Gibbs for Congress (2022 general), Greitens for US Senate (2022 general), Andy Ogles for Congress (2022 general), and Kathleen Winn for Congress (2022 general). The next $35,000 split evenly amongst Sarah PAC, 1890 PAC, Keep Electing New Talent PAC, The Great Lakes Leadership PAC, Missouri First, It Matters Who Leads PAC, and Save America Winn Again PAC.
c) Any contribution to MAGASeven JFC by any donor which exceeds the contribution limits to any Participant shall be reallocated to the other Participants to the maximum contribution limit possible. Any contribution or portion thereof to MAGASeven JFC which is determined to exceed the contribution limit of that donor to the Participants, as proscribed by 52 U.S.C. § 30116, shall be refunded or returned to the donor.
The maximum an individual or a non-multicandidate PAC may contribute is seventy-five thousand six hundred dollars ($75,600). Couples may contribute one-hundred-and-one thousand two hundred dollars ($151,200) from a joint account if each spouse so designates the contribution. The maximum a qualified multi-candidate PAC may contribute is one-hundred-and-five thousand dollars ($105,000). Contributions to MAGASeven JFC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to federal contribution limits and prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), and federal contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes more than $200 in an election cycle or calendar year.
