Contribution Rules

Contributions to 36-18-1 Political Action Committee are not tax deductible.
Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited under Idaho Code § 67-6610D. Corporate, bank, and other business-entity contributions are not prohibited under Idaho law and may be accepted, subject to the same contribution limits that apply to individual contributors under Idaho Code § 67-6610A.
Idaho law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any contributor whose contributions exceed $50 in a calendar year. If a contribution exceeding $50 cannot be attributed to an identifiable source, Idaho law requires that it be forwarded to the state controller for deposit in the public school fund.
No contribution may be made, directly or indirectly, in a fictitious name, anonymously, or by one person through an agent, relative, or other person in a manner that conceals the identity of the true source of the contribution, including funding a contribution with a card issued in someone else's name.
