Tennessee law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $100 in an election cycle.

The maximum individual limit is $4,300 per person per election, $8,600 per cycle per individual, $17,200 per couple. An LLC, PLLC, GP, or LP may contribute $8,600 ($4,300 primary and $4,300 general). PACs may give $25,400 to a candidate ($12,700 primary and $12,700 general). Corporations may give an annual aggregate of not more than $1,000 unless they are registered with the state as a PAC. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions to Lemichael Wilson for Tennessee Governor are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
